Obscure GI Haemorrhage

A case of obscure lower gastrointestinal bleed- detected to have jejunal diverticulae. Was detected on MR enteroclysis. Planned and did resection of involved segment. Pt did well and was discharged on 7the Post op day

A case of large Gastric stromal tumour presenting with perforation peritonitis

A young patient 30 years male presented with sudden onset of severe pain of one day duration. Clinical features were suggestive of perforation peritonitis. He was operated and to our surprise we found a large tumour in the stomach with perforation. we had to do a partial gastrectomy with feeding jejunostomy. Histopath report revealed GIST. all margins were clear. Pt is doing fine and is on imatinib.
